QuickSelect Panel — Property Advocates

Someone who negotiates for you, not the seller.

A buyer’s agent (also called a property advocate) searches, assesses and negotiates on your behalf, often saving more on price than they cost in fees. Below is QuickSelect’s panel of vetted advocates. Compare how they work and what they charge, then request an introduction at no cost to you.

Why QuickSelect maintains this panel

  • Your broker vs. your advocateYour broker arranges the finance. A property advocate arranges the property: the search, the due diligence, the auction bidding or private negotiation. We keep a short panel so you’re not starting that search cold.
  • How the fees generally workMost charge a small upfront engagement fee, credited against a success fee due only once a property is secured — usually a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the purchase price.
  • What QuickSelect getsNothing, ever. If a panel firm pays QuickSelect a referral fee for the introduction, the full amount is credited back to you against your success fee — QuickSelect keeps none of it.
